Autistic accommodation - life hack

I am a late-realized autistic adult. After years of constant anxiety and supressed stimming, I'm trying to re-learn what my body and brain need. It's this. THIS is what I needed! Sitting or standing on the plate is a perfect stim for my proprioception. I feel relaxed and grounded in my body after only 5 minutes. I didn't truly believe that there was anything out there that could help me regulate my nervous system. I'm so glad that I took a chance, and invested in my sensory regulation needs!

Day 5, my feet are feeling good. It does loudly vibrate like a washer sometimes, but so far it's not too annoying
