I’ve had my vibration plate for a few days, I’m really enjoying it so far. 4 stars right now because I’ve had some dizziness/motion sickness but it has already improved so I think it will get better as my body adjusts. Starting slow with 5 minutes a day.

This product makes all the difference with limited effort. If more tired, can just relax on the plate and get the benefits of lymphatic drainage. If more energized, can incorporate it into my workout for additional benefits. Highly recommend.
