Legs feeling lighter

I use it daily, gradually adding new exercises to improve my core. I bought it because of years of lower-leg inflammation. I used to take prescription water pills daily, but since starting to use the board, I no longer need them. Each day, the leg inflammation decreases. I'm hopeful it will continue to improve with continued use. After skipping one night, I noticed a difference during the night, and my legs felt heavy! I highly recommend this board. Currently, I'm happy to experience less leg weight.

I am used to the power plate at my gym so not sure how this stands up to it. I do think the mat that came with it is too thin and the plate has already worn through the mat and is touching my hardwood floors after one day of use.
