I previously owned another vibration machine that didn't seem to do anything. The Rumblex is a much needed step up from a basic vibration product and I felt better immediately while and after using it. It is smooth and quiet and I don't need to hang on to a piece of furniture to get the full effect. Very satisfied!!

Have not had it for long but so far I love it. When I sit at my desk for long periods of time I get cramps. Just getting on the vibration plate a few times a day has completely stopped the cramps.
