My machine was delivered last night. I was able to get it set up today and have already used it for a beginner's level 10 minute session. I love it and plan to use it daily.

This product has the same power as those expensive plates that are thousands of dollars.

New to vibration plate

Just received my Rumblex vibration plate and am new to this form of therapy and exercise. I am looking forward to seeing the benefits that are so widely touted regarding its use. I’m mainly interested in enhancing lymph drainage (post-surgery) and maintaining bone density and muscle tone/strength as I am in the post-menopausal age category. This brand came highly recommended by an exercise physiologist and a physician who specializes in the lymphatic system.
Product came well packaged and in excellent condition. Looks extremely sturdy. It was super easy to assemble (really, there’s very little assembly required). My first experience with it was great. Still need to read and learn about the different programs it features, but so far I’m very impressed.
