So far so good

Still learning how to use this beast, but I'm mostly liking what I've experienced so far. I have mobility issues, which is why I purchased this, but have found my feet slipping on the gray plastic discs on the foot plate. They interfere with getting a solid grip on the plate surface for those of us with smaller feet. I may need to exchange for a different device, it's really been that bothersome to me. I suppose if you have larger feet, it's not an issue, but smaller footed peeps be warned.

I am so happy with this machine! The programmed workouts are fantastic for both pre-and post cardio. I also feel like it’s really supported circulation and lymphatic drainage since I’ve been using it over the course of five months now.

Love It, But Disappointed by the 20-Min Daily Limit

I was so excited when this vibration plate arrived. I opened it, without even reading the instructions, hopped on for a 20-minute sessh. I absolutely loved it and was looking fwd to using it again later in the evening. BUT, reading through the user manual, it states that it is not intended to be used for more than 20 minutes per day. I am disappointed to learn that. The machine itself works great but I wish the recommended daily usage time was longer. Due to the price and the 20 minute daily limitation it’s getting 3 stars.
