The LifePro Rumblex 4D is powerful, well-made, and easy to use. I love the 4D motion, it really activates muscles and helps with soreness and recovery. Quiet, sturdy, and effective. Highly recommend!

Quality control not so great

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and initially it's been great. She's really enjoyed using it as part of her daily fitness routine and to help alleviate stress. Unfortunately this last week the unit started making a horrendous clatter. I took the bottom plate off to reveal the internal motors and frame only to find that two of the bolts that hold a carrier bearing in position were so loose they were about to fall out. Further evaluation showed that two of the metal arms where the rubber feet mount were already bent. My wife is 130 lbs and I would not say she has been abusive or rough to the plate to cause these arms to bend. Emailing this to LifePro so I'll see how they respond and handle the issues.
