So far, it seems to help with my lymphedema a lot!

Laying down with my legs on the machine seems to help with breaking up the fluid in my legs. I can’t wait to use it for fitness as well! I also love that it comes with resistance bands and a remote.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but was in awe of how my muscles felt challenged after just 5 minutes on a low setting. I can’t wait to see my results after continuing and ramping up.

My new and upgraded vibration plate

I have to start of by saying. Wow!! ? This vibration plate is amazing, I feel the vibration throughout my whole entire body. I haven't even programmed it to max yet. This vibration plate is a beast. I am so glad that I purchased it, I can already tell this apparatus is going to be effective. I still have much to learn about it, as I've only just started using this model, but the whole experience is gonna be fun ?

Loving It So Far

My wife and I have just started using our Rumblex Plus and are enjoying it. We are both in our early 60's and looking for gentle, safe, yet effective, ways to work out. My wife was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis so we hope this will help with strengthening her bones.

Seems sturdy and powerful, however the little plastic pieces (showing the walking, jogging, running man) on top of the unit are only attached with double stick tape and detached often. I like all the different programs and the variety of ways to use this machine. Accessories are nice (not the best quality, but ok) and I appreciate the manual with different exercises to do. The top is nonslip, but not cushioned as advertised.
