I love my Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate! My chiropractor uses a vibration plate, so that’s why I originally purchased it. But I love it even more for the difference I can tell with circulation.

So far… easy to use

Played 2.5 hours of pickleball. Jumped on it as soon as it arrived and I unpacked it. Loosened some overworked muscles in legs and hips. So far so good.
