We researched and thought it would be good for both of us - me with sports injury, and her wanting fitness and lymphatic system benefits.
I was worried it would rattle the place down, but it seems like a really decent piece of kit, perfect for our home gym.

I got this machine hoping for a really good option for my therapy treatments. It powers on and the up and down feature works but the other 2 options don’t start at all. Wish it would have worked.

The Rumblex Plus 4D is an absolute joy to use. It’s remarkably quiet for such a powerful machine, making it easy to fit into the daily routine without any disruption.
The extensive range of programs offers incredible variety, and the intuitive design makes it exceptionally easy to use right out of the box. Using this plate has quickly become the highlight of my wife's wellness routine—it’s high-quality, effective, and truly fun to use!
