This product arrives with 3 pre-set programs which makes it super easy to set up and use within minutes! Everyone in the family has tried it and have found it user friendly. It’s very quiet so it does not disturb others who may be reading or watching tv. It is short enough to fit under the bed or couch, and light enough to carry room to room. The wrist remote is very convenient when changing programs and increasing speed or time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is we had hoped for more exercises in the user manual.

I definitely could feel a difference in circulation. 10 min a day, my legs felt lighter and immediately during and after I could feel the blood flow increasing- causing that itchy sensation in my legs.
