Love it!!! It has alleviated my back pain, melted my neck tension and relaxed me before bed. I’m a Pilates instructor, and feel my pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles activate just by standing on it. It’s worth every penny!

It’s good but I wish the screen had a lock on it so when you sit it doesn’t keep touching the buttons and shutting off or changing modes etc. Also I wish it somehow had a better mode, size, and comfortability for a sitting position
