Sturdy and feels like a quality machine. I like the multi-directional action. Oscillation range does seem limited compared with my other Lifepro. The wrist remote is a cool idea.

So far I enjoy it. Not sure about the band attachments. Favorite setting is 88...which it starts with. Power setting 3 is loud and actually vibrates the house. I am 71 and using it for balance, bone density, drainage, circulation and general recovery. 20 minutes twice a day...moving head and eyes and with eyes closed. It is heavy but easy to set up. I would recommend it. I would give 4.5 rating. Taking a bit off for how loud some settings are.

In two days we felt positive change.

In just two days we felt better. We have now had it for a week and continue to notice improvement. Some of the things we have noticed are sciatica pain is gone, knee pain is not noticeable, and hip pain is gone. This was a very great investment for our health. Looking forward to continued positive changes.

I love the machine however it did not come with everything the box said. I am missing the exercise matt and the remote control. I have tried contacting lifepro. I bought it directly from them and still have not gotten to speak with anyone. I also have not received my free product and it has been 3 weeks

Great help for my ankle

Since using the vibration plate my ankle swelling (from past injury ) has decreased and I am more confident on uneven terrain. It has definitely helped wake up my muscles and increase my proprioception.
