I just got my vibration plate but already loving it. Easy remote that is the form of a watch so I don't have to hold anything. It also has 7 different modes of vibration. I use the Lifepro for the 10 minute cycle before my morning two mile walk which makes my walk so much easier. My muscles are loose and ready to walk. I also feel that the Lifepro has helped with my lipedemia.
