Wife loves it!!

My wife tried a friends other brand vibration plate and really liked it. She researched different ones and kept going back to Lifepro because of reviews and then the lifetime warranty. When I started looking at the various models I decided to get her one with more options and stronger motor operation. She tried several of the various programs as soon as I unboxed it and set it up. To say she was excited is an understatement. Thank you Lifepro!

We absolutely love, love love our Rumblex!! It helps with aches and pains, it is good for our bones at our ages 69/73. The vibration therapy is the best and we can lightly exercise our arms and legs with the convenient band and attached resistance bands. When inclement weather comes no worries we have our exercise conveniently at home with our Rumblex??????

I have been using my rumblex for a couple of years now, and the difference it has made in my health has been amazing! It does so much to help with lymphatic drainage, which is why I originally bought it, but it has also boosted my strength, tone, and flexibility. I highly recommend adding a vibration plate into your health/workout routine.

Easy and effective

I was so happy to see this arrive! Easy to set up and use. Heavy enough to be stable without being too heavy to move (also has wheels). The foot design combined with the included pad greatly minimizes vibrations through or along the floor. I also love the remote lockout to prevent curious hands from adjusting the workout while using. 10 minutes on and I was feeling my core firing and some of the stubborn residual fluid from my recent pregnancy starting to move.
Only slight negative was that the bolts holding the resistance band anchor points in shipping position were too tight to loosen with a screwdriver without stripping the head. Easily addressed with a socket wrench.
