So far so good, was missing the exercise mat and mini bands in the box. But emailed them and am hoping they will send them out! I’ve tested out all of the different modes for just a little bit each and can definitely feel it in my legs!

Have had my 4D for a few days. Trying out all the pre programmed setting. Noticing reduction in edema in my ankles and lower legs already.
Back and hip pain has also been reduced in a very short time.

I bought this to help with lymphatic drainage. The vibrations are so strong I can't be on it for more than 5 minutes right now. I love this thing.

I am just trying to get to the Free library of workout videos as is in the instruction Manuel. I have not even completed setup yet. You are forcing me to submit a rating so it might not deserve one star, but as you wish.
