I am only just getting started so familiarising myself with how everything works and the various programmes.
so far just do the basics but already feeling some benefits. As a senior I am hoping it will provide me with the health benefits you advertise.

I just received the Rumble Ex Plus. I've used it a few times. It sure loosens up your joints and relaxes you. I love the extra resistant bands it comes with. I believe it will be a great tool to use several times a week.
