Upon opening the box I am happy with the looks of the Rumblex Plus. The weight to this vibration plate is substantial. Not one that will be moved often. I look forward to getting started using this vibration plate daily.

I purchased this for circulation issues and it has been amazing. I've only used it for 3 days now, 3 times a day and so far I can already see the difference it is making in the swelling in my lower legs and ankles. Wish I would have known about this years ago.

2nd vibration plate

This is my second LifeProp vibration plate; I love the first one but the curved sides were hard on my knees, so I've ordered the flat plate. My hubby is using the curved plate still. We love the way our bodies feel after using our vibration plates.
