Just started, I have a broken heel, just had a repair on my tendon and my two ligaments have not been able to walk on it in 4 months so I just thought I would try this out.

I've only had my vibration plate for a week or so but I'm loving it so far. I've tried some different settings and still trying to get it all figured out. I'm very happy with my purchase!
