I’ve only had this product for a week but use it everyday. There a tons of workouts in YouTube to get extra benefits from the vibrating board. The short term benefits are good, improved balance, less joint pain, more relaxed body. The only negative was I could not get through to the “free” video workouts. Everytime I used the link they provided it asked me to register(which I had already done). So using YouTube.

I get on the vibration plate every morning and my muscles feel looser and my joints feel great. It’s become a part of my morning routine. That immediately perks me up and makes me feel good.I work out on it with dumbbells and have noticed great improvement in my overall strength.
