I love this device bought one for my mom, and 3 of my friends have bought after my reccomendation, unfortunately with 8 months it started working for no reason, I didnt move it, it has been in the same spot of my room no change or incident and it stopped working. Luckily it has a lifetime warranty, hope the process goes well.

I used it on the 4D mode on level 2 and was surprised at how strong the vibrations were. I felt it moving all up and down my body. Cant wait to move up to higher speeds. It is bigger and heavier than I expected so I’m having a hard time finding a storage space for it though
