It just arrived but after using it just once, I can see that it will be very good to use. I am very happy to have it to address a couple of issues in my 81-year old body! As is hubby.

Great addition to my fitness routine

My husband gifted me the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate. I was shocked at how standing on the plate for as little as 10 minutes can produce a sweat. I’m still learning the myriad of options, and am anxious to keep digging in! Music is a must when I’m working out, so the Bluetooth option was an unexpected major plus. I love this technology.

When you get a good unit it works very well, but I have gotten one that makes too much noise on certain settings. Just be aware that it can happen.
