I am hoping and praying the rumblexplus helps with circulation, pain and over all well being. I have autoimmune issues, gastrointestinal problems, high blood pressure, skeletal problems and migraines. I have every day except one since i got it, starting out low and steady. My goal is to increase my strength and over all health.

The plate was delivered quickly and easy to set up. It is of excellent quality, and I'm excited to learn how to use it for exercise. Very powerful piece of equipment and I'm so glad I finally pushed the button to purchase it.

I bought this for my neuropathy because it is the closest to the machine i use at therapy and i wanted one for home without spending thousands. Good quality and quiet.

Just received the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate and have only used it a couple of times and so far it is awesome! Happy I purchased and know I will frequently use. I actually look forward to exercising! Fun!

Instant relief

Purchased for my son who has Becker's Muscular Dystrophy and myself. We each tried for a full program time and felt that there was a sense of relief in our lower body afterwards. It allows each of us to use it to the level we desire and include our regular stretches at the same time. Easy to learn, easy to use. Would absolutely recommend. My only complaint is that the power cord could be longer.
