We've only been using the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate for a week, but so far so good. Very easy to use and my legs are feeling more energized after use.

Just what I needed!

Recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, this vibration plate has made steps easier to climb and just overall makes me feel better. I use after weightlifting also. My husband is also using this and I'm praying it helps reduce the pain he has from peripheral neuropathy and arthritis.
