Packaging and set up was very easy. I have a lot of problems with my legs so the very first 10 minutes was intense thank you very much. I think it’ll be very good for me.

This technology is a great addition to my health journey. I used a vibration plate for the first time in a doctors office in conjunction with a red light therapy treatment. I felt amazing for the next three days; like I had shaved 30 years off my life!! I was so amazed at how much better I felt, I ordered this for my home use!!

This vibration plate is HEFTY! I’m in nursing school and actually saw a Lifepro Vibration plate at our clinical site and finally got a chance to try it. It didn’t disappoint!
Now we have one for the house and it’s awesome! It’s great for warming up or winding down. I’ve noticed it’s especially useful when I’m sleep deprived and sore everywhere.
Give it a chance, you won’t regret it!
