I hoped for more

I like the Rumblex Plus 4D. However I don’t feel the same intensity as my other LifePro vibration plate. I was also disappointed that it only offers 10 min where my other one offered 15min of time.

I love using it and can feel effects afterward as my legs will be tingly for about 30 mins afterwards.

I bought the Rumblex Plus so that I can increase circulation after foot surgery since I won’t be able to do much exercise for several weeks. I was able to use it several sessions before surgery and it was great to enhance my workouts. Post surgery, I sit on the plates to increase circulation and promote healing. I look forward to using the plates once I’m completely healed to maximize my workouts and get my strength back!

I've had the plate for approximately a week. I have only used the lowest setting program. It's very powerful. I love the way it makes me feel.

this machine is compact and gives me the level of vibration needed to bring back the feeling to my legs and feet as a result of the side effect of the Covid shot.
