Great whole body vibration plate

I have been using an oscillating-style vibration plate daily that I purchased about 20 years ago. However, it only went up to 20 Hz and I could not use it for more than 2 minutes at a time without it affecting my leg nerves adversely. I thought the studies that were done on older individuals that used 40 Hz for 20 minutes at a time would be unrealistic for me. The machines that they used were also way out of my price range.
However, reading about the Rumblex Plus gave me hope. I ordered one (I preferred the flat top like my previous unit). I was very pleased with how easy it was to set up, and the variety of different vibration modes.
The first thing I tried was 40 Hz vibration. It seemed so much more gentle and I could feel it going all the way up my spine. The first session was just standing on it for 10 minutes and it felt great! Things have come a long way in the last 20 years. I am now one happy camper!

Amazing workout tool!

I purchased the Rumble X vibration plate 6-7 months ago after using the one at my Chiropractor’s office and paying a fee for 10 minutes several times a week. I am extremely happy with my vibration plate and do squats with weights several times a week. I haven’t yet watched any workout videos but plan on incorporating that also. I am very pleased with the product!

Hard to Figure Out

Unsure if we are doing something wrong or the machine is defective . . . going to further investigate. However, the instructions are hard to figure out.

Too early to tell

I just received my Rumblex Plus yesterday, so it is too early to tell if I will get the results I'm looking for. Better balance, muscle tone, strength, fat loss, etc. First impression is good. Love all the resources you have available to support me as I get back into exercising and start to use a vibration platform. Love that it promises a good outcome in less time. I am a youthful 69 year old and excited to be starting this journey. Stay tuned for results.

I was an advid water skier for over 58 years and while I loved every moment of it, my body is hurting at this stage of life. I added this vibration plate to my repertoire of health machines that will allow me to continue to have mobility well into the future, God willing..
