Relaxing and simultaneously enlivening

Just starting with 10 minutes, one motor, mostly sitting some standing after a meal. I can feel increased circulation in my legs, my muscles responding more quickly while exercising later in the day. Look forward to improvements as I increase. Thank you

Awakening

I have very bad nerve, muscle, and Cartlidge pain from my neck down. Putting off back surgery. Thus losing muscle and functioning. To top that off I am a very active 73 yr old senior with livestock and horses. I was able to try one of these so I just bought one. I am beyond ecstatic. So so glad I was able to buy this godsend. Seriously. Just rec'd it, set it up promptly and used it. I am in NO PAIN and can walk without assistance. I can not thank you enough. If this works I owe you one! THANK YOU. Set it up in my doorway to my closet so I can hold onto each side if I need to. Going to love using the Rumblex!

my first week of rumbling

amazingly quite and smooth. seems solid and well build. I'm taking it slow and easy rather than diving in full throttle which is what i usually do. I discovered the itch that some talk about and I figure its a result of not taking the time to build up to the higher levels. So my first week is total positive experience.
My one complaint if I can call it that is that the led blue light is really really bright and painfully annoying at night or early morning in low light situations. would be nice if there was a dimmer for that. for now i just have to cover it with something.
