Purchased my LifePro Rumblex Plus to help me with circulation, back pain. and improve balance. It is quite sturdy and well built. I can adjust the speed and intensity of my workout. I like having the control on a wrist band so I don't have to keep bending over to change settings. The enclosed booklet gives examples of the many different exercises you can do. Look forward to reaping the benefits of my vibration plate.

Strong Vibration Plate

I just got this so I’m not sure if it works weight loss wise. It does have a strong vibration plate in it. I’ve used the ones that are in the red light therapy beds at the gym and this seems to have a stronger vibration plate.
