I have used it 1-2 times per day for the past 3 days. I have noticed feeling more flexible. I was surprised to feel like I can take deeper breaths after using it. I am excited to continue to see the benefits!

Have not tried it but this is the most solid vibration plates I've seen. Very heavy.
