I have had this vibration plate for not quite two months. I use it nearly every day and feel that is has greatly helped with the swelling I used to have in my lower legs. It’s completely gone! Standing on it is like getting a whole body massage. It just feels good!

If you don't have one of these -- get one! I have had mine for many years so much the power button has worn out. I use this a few times per week to work out OR just to stand on. Helps to move lymph and sometimes bowels if needed ;) I can't say if it's increasing my bone density yet, time will tell but another great perk of having one of these handy. Lifepro is a great company too, all of their products are excellent!

I absolutely love using the vibration plate! A little "me time" while I'm doing something amazing for my body! It's so important to get our lymphatic system moving, and this is a perfect way to do that any time of the day inside your home! I recommend it so often to others!
