Newbie, only stood on platform in P1 mode. Read thru the instructions while the program went thru its 10 minute vibrations. I feel this is going to be a great addition to my workouts!

I love my Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate!! It is one of the best investments I have made. I have felt an improvement in the decrease of pain and inflammation in my lower back, legs, and feet. I love coming home after a long day of work on my feet or working out and using the Rumblex Plus 4D to help relax my whole body.
