I have only had it for a couple of days. I am using it at least 3 times a day. I got it for lymphatic drainage and aI have nueropathy in my feet. It has really helped, I can tell a difference after I use it. I am looking forward to trying out all the different ways to use and benefit from it.

We recently received the Rumblex Plus 4D, and so far so good. In fact, so far so great! We're not doing anything fancy, just getting to know the machine and enjoying the relaxing benefits. It's a great addition to our health journey!!

I’ve only been using it for a few days 20 minutes a day looking forward to increasing the amount of time andfinding out if it relieves sore muscles from Pickleball and gardening
