I can walk again…

After facing irreversible 80% nerve damage from chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy CIPN in both feet (2x cancer survivor)
- 40 Hz is a healing frequency, Do 20 slow squats on Rumblex
- try also with 40 Hz binaural music through headphones, free on YouTube, to achieve Whole Body Vibration WBV & meditation
- my disabilities in my legs disappear temporarily while tuning my muscles on my Rumblex, through the artificial application of mechanical energy. Helped rebuild my leg muscles after cancer.

I am so excited to be using the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate to help with strength and circulation in my legs! I work remote, at a desk, and am using this to increase circulation and lymph drainage.

Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate Rave

I must admit that I was not sure what to expect with this device purchase. However, I have been very much impressed with how much it has benefited my workout and health routine. This vibration plate has substantially decreased my chronic aches and pains that I've had throughout the years with my hips and knees.
Here is a tip. If you place your exercise mat (the mat included with the purchase) under your vibration plate when in use it, it will substantially decrease any noise that you may have. That said, I am very much impressed with how quiet this unit is. I usually do my exercise after other family members have gone to bed and having a quiet device is important for me. Very impressed with how solid the plate is built and how quiet It is while running. Thank you LifePro

Just got this product and excited to start using it. You get great setup instructions on YouTube with Lifepro.
At 65 I needed to enhance my circulation and lymph flow. This product helps with releasing lactic acid after a workout and promotes a quickler recovery. I can already tell within 3 days of use I feel better and have more energy.
