Great addition to workout routine

I’ve been using the Rumblex Pro 4D for a few weeks now, and I really like it. I notice it helps with my balance and I can feel my muscles working in ways they don’t on the ground. It’s become something I look forward to using because it warms me up and gets my body moving.
It also helps keep me from getting sore or stiff. On days when I’ve been sitting too long or feel tight after errands or workouts, a few minutes on this machine seems to loosen things up. My muscles feel more relaxed afterward, and I don’t get that “locked up” feeling as easily.
I’ve even started using it while stretching, and I think it makes my stretches feel deeper and more effective. It’s simple to use, and even short sessions make a difference in how my body feels throughout the day. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my routine for balance, mobility, and just feeling less stiff.

We love the Rumblexplus! We started with the Waver vibration plate, it’s great too but now we have more flexibility and options. Great products and would recommend to anyone who wants to enhance their fitness.

Used the lifepro 4D vibration plate for the first time. I've had a stiff back for several weeks and after 4 minutes of use I insanely felt some relief.

I received the Rumblex Plus as a gift, and so far I'm loving it. I have lipedema, so this tool has helped with the heavy and achy feeling I get in my limbs. I love that even a few minutes can make a different in how I feel!
