I am a 25 year vibration platform user. Recently got the Rumblex 4d platform, which can combine rocking, vertical and lateral movements all at the same time, for an exceptional challenge to muscles. I can take my muscles to exhaustion for ultimate benefits - in 10 mins! Talk about an efficient workout!
Done correctly, strengthening (contraction) and stretching (flexibility) occur simultaneously, along with high level lymph activation. A perfect trifecta for jealth!
