So far happy with this product easy to use and programs. Finding it helpful for sore muscles.
Arm bands offer little resistance to do exercises. Do not like the exercise training chart at all it is very basic and thin paper and not worth price.

I was looking for a vibration plate that was multi-dimensional. The LifePro Rumblex 4D for full body checked all the boxes! In just a couple days, I can tell that it has helped loosen me up before and after workouts, pickleball and other times. I will be using it daily, probably more than once and adding what I will utilize it for.
