I purchased this unit about a month or so ago for my workshop. I had my plumber install a small pump to the drain line to pump the water into a waste pipe a floor above. So far, everything works great - the Moiswell keeps my workshop at the appropriate humidity (I have a high quality hygrometer) at a reasonable operating cost.
