Happy with warrenty replacement service.

I am very happy with my Defender M145 dehumidifier. My current ne unit is a warrenty replacement. I am very satified with the process. I am currently operating two units, one on my main floor and another unit in my basement. Both units are in a 175 year old home and are keeping the humidity around 35%.

I've been running this unit for about a month with good results. It's handling a everything in my basement and humidity is down to 50%. The only issue I had was the drain hose. Tying the drain hose into PVC pipe was a bit challenging for me.

Have had this for only a month and so far so good. This thing is a beast compared to the big box store unit I had before. This thing sucks the humidity out of my basement with such ease and drains easily into my sump pump drain. Highly recommend.

We have had are dehumidifier for about 2 weeks. Love this thing. We have had 3 of the ordinary run of the mill dehumidifier the one with the bucket you have to empty. And are basement was OK dry. We bought the 145 and had it running for only 2 days. Wow what a difference it made. Now that is with a TON OF RAIN also….. Can’t believe how well this thing works.

I have had this for about a month now. It is in my basement which is always quite humid and almost wet. This unit will consistently remove 7 to 8 gallons of water per day.
