[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a warranty claim on my Moiswell dehumidifier and the service and follow up was excellent, they first tried to verify it was not working and provided very clear instructions. After determining it was not working, they promptly sent a replacement to my house. Use of the firm's website is important

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I discovered serious moisture issues in my crawl space here in southeastern North Carolina while doing floor work. Bought this dehumidifier and within a couple days the crawlspace was dry as a bone. This model works great so far and at this point I am very happy with my purchase and the results

So far the dehumidifier is doing a good job reducing humidity in our 1800 square foot basement. The real test will be longevity. The last one I had at my last house was a much less robust piece of equipment and lasted over 10 years, so if I get that long out of this I'll be satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier to replace the smaller ones that I had been buying. It has worked extremely well. I like that once you set the humidity level the dehumidifier will cycle on and off without having to touch it

I am very happy with my Defender M145 dehumidifier. My current ne unit is a warrenty replacement. I am very satified with the process. I am currently operating two units, one on my main floor and another unit in my basement. Both units are in a 175 year old home and are keeping the humidity around 35%.
