I had one of these for my iPad 6, and I knew I wanted one for my new iPad when I got it. Of every existing keyboard case, this one is the closest to making your ipad like a real laptop, with sufficient protection to boot. There's a slight delay when you first begin typing, but it's not a big enough deal compared to all the positives to knock down a star. 100% recommend!!

Poor quality

I purchased this several months ago and was very happy to see it. I have one for my iPad Air and it worked great(as long as you keep the hinge screws in place). The hinges were so tight that the keyboard space broke. I am not sure if I bought a warranty but would like to return this one for a replacement.

The Zagg cover/keyboard works great but the Rugged Book is a little heavier than I expected. I would get the Folio if I had my time over.
