Lazy Camera Hole Design

This is marketed as being an iPad Air case but is really a case meant for the iPad Pro with an iPad Pro camera hole that also fits the iPad Air. Looks silly. The product page hides this fact. It would’ve been very easy to design one with the iPad Air camera in mind.

The Rugged Book hinges were supposed to be improved, however they are not. It used to be great, the new design is not worth purchasing, even though we were told the problem was fixed, it was not.

Excellent iPad case. It seems very heavy duty and I like that I can remove the keyboard so the kids can use the iPad when we’re in the car. The only downside it that it makes the iPad heavier but I do gain protect and versatility.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second Rugged Book I've purchased to fit a different sized iPad. It is working well, like the touch of the keyboard, and ease of getting it aligned with the new iPad. Also like the container for a stylus which my older Rugged Book does not have. Bought the Zagg Pro Stylus to go there. The only questionable item is that there is a cover over the recharge slot which is pretty stiff and a bit difficult to open (and keep open) to fit in the charging plug -- seems to push on the charging plug a bit. Hoping it loosens up a bit over time.

All the numbers stop working.

All the numbers stop working. I do not have the box and they would not take the return not even to look at it. Useless to me. Very disappointed. Plus extremely heavy Wasn’t expecting it to be that heavy. Always have had Zagg. Never had one so thick and heavy

You can’t open and close the case as a book without it coming completely apart. The hinge does not move properly.
