Case fit well, keyboard works good, only issue is sometimes I have difficulty placing Apple Pencil in just the right spot for the pencil to take a charge

Frustration and difficult

Online request to replace my first rugged book was difficult and time consuming. The online agent quoted me a price. I had to call to place the order. Long wait time and the new agent quoted me a different price. I told him about the price I was quoted and he said he needed the name of the agent who quoted me the original price . I couldn’t remember her name so he wanted a screenshot of the online offer. I scroll back and finally found the online quote. By then he said he’d found the agent’s name and had talked to her and finally honored the quote. Frustrating, to say the least.
