The product is what I expected. The process leaves a lot to be desired. It is too automated to allow any change to the purchase because of my mistake which could not be corrected in time to prevent a purchase of too many products.

Very pleased with my ZAGG folio, nice and sturdy and I like being able to remove the keyboard if needed. Their customer service was excellent, very friendly and prompt.

My problem with four rugged books is separation of screen and keyboard . I think it results from opening the rigged book all the way when working on it. Was it designed to do that?
