Changing positions causes magnet to detach from keyboard.

Very rugged, however, magnet that functions to keep the iPad attached to the keyboard is a pain as it comes detached really easily when trying to position the screen differently. For the money it costs, I thought it would perform better. I thought I’d be quite happy with my purchase, as I’ve been very satisfied with my other Zagg purchases, but not this time.

This product is my first preference. I've used a version of it for years on different iPads. I do find it challenging to find the correct size and to find a way to order it from Canada. However, effort so far is worth it.

I use the rugged book more than my laptop at work due to the portability and convenience it provides.
Keyboard holds a good charge with minimal charging.
The keyboard keys are good for about a year with daily use in the field.

No sleek option

I wanted a hard shell, good stand, to replace my old zagg (no longer in production). This is much more robust (as advertised) it does not slide between folders like old one, but the stand will fold in any and all directions. You can easily pull the Pad away from the keyboard. All in all very happy!

One negative.....had trouble pairing the keyboard to my tablet. Your instructions omitted one step which I discovered on the internet. Once the iPad found the Zagg one needs to press the bluetooth key again to connect. Otherwise, it's all good.

This is a great product! I had the previous model for my old iPad Pro and loved it so, of course, had to have it for my new one. Everything about it is a pro with the exception of the clicking noise the keys make when typing. I called and was told they made the keys more stable, however, I didn’t have a problem with the older model.
