So durable... love it!

This case is a bit heavy and clunky, but I take my iPad pro everywhere, and I've broken so many cases and ultimately my screen. Just got a new iPad Pro and wanted to be more successful this time. Worth every penny. Would love it if it came in more colors, but I personalized mine!

Good quality, solid build. Only suggestion would be to improve the ‘rigidity’ around where the pencil is stored as many times one tries to open the case there stretching and pulling it away from the iPad. In the interim guide customers to open from the corners which are more robust.

The Best I've Found

I have tried several cases for my iPads over the years and Zagg's Rugged Book products are the best I've found. I have two right now, and just bought one for my grandson who is also enthusiastic in his praises of the Rugged Book. In my view there is none better.

Love my ZAGG I-pad case and keyboard

I am very happy with my new rugged ZAGG I-pad case and keyboard. When I got my new I-pad earlier in 2022, I purchased a hard case and keyboard from another company. From the start I had issues charging the case. After several other issues with the case I wrote the company and they said my issues weren't covered under the 1 year warranty. Not all the keys would type and I had difficulty charging the case. I have owned ZAGG before and should have never switched brands! My ZAGG case charged without issue. It's rugged and there are no issues with typing using my keyboard. Love it! It's the best!

The best gets better

I’ve been using a zagg keyboard for many years and recently purchased a new one to fit my new iPad. All the features I love are still there: familiar mac keyboard shortcuts, automatic wake up, detachable keyboard. I especially like being able to open the ipad and immediately begin typing. My old Zagg keyboard’s battery lasted for six months (or more) between charges, and I fully expect my new keyboard to follow suit. Love the illuminated keys (new to me).

Be sure your iPad is in the slot before trying to open and close

When the case came, I tried to open it and the hinge didn't budge and then it did. I thought it was going to be a huge problem as the case seemed broken. Once I put the iPad in and attached it to the keyboard, it worked fine. They should let you know to install the iPad immediately before trying to open, close and open again.

Bought this to keep our iPad safe from the kids usage. Loved the fact that it separates from the keyboard via magnets. Charges well and is easy for them to access.
