It was too heavy and bulkey. It did not fit properly. I talked to a representative from Zagg, I returned the item and have a new Pro Keys that i love!!

I have used Rugged Books for years.. However, recently I received a new one that had a difficult keyboard. Eventually Nikki helped me get the help I needed. Too long a story, but Renato was very difficult and sounded like a computer voce? He was SO unhelpful.

I have always enjoyed previous Rugged Keyboards for my older iPads. I purchased a Rugged Keyboard for my new iPad Air 5th Gen, however, I am not as happy with the "keys" as I was with the old version. There is a lot of "clicking" when typing and if your nails are a bit long, they double up the letters you are typing (i.e. no space between next word). Also, it has place for a "stylus" on the top but when you go to open the top of the book, sometimes the part that holds the stylus comes off the iPad. I would have preferred it being a rugged book without a stylus.
I am also not liking having to "swipe" to get to desktop....prefer the on/off to get to desktop or close scrreen.

Clicking sound on keyboard is

Clicking sound on keyboard is loud and would like to diminish sounds especially in a group setting. Any suggestions?
