I got this because I needed something a little more sturdy than what Apple was offering. I love the light up keyboard and the fact that I can change the colors of the lights. I also really love how flexible the entire set-up is while also making it easier to type while on my lap or on the go. I love how long the battery lasts (took it out of the box about 2 weeks ago and haven’t needed to put in on the charger yet). I also really appreciate how quickly it connects to the iPad.

Always an easy transaction…only thing I would suggest is to redesign the top of the case where the apple pen would go..not all of us use the pen and without anything there it makes the top VERY flimsy, I’ a bit concerned that with opening and closing it the flimsy part will eventually wear out and not hold the ipad in that area..just my opinion as a user. To me the pen location at the top of the keyboard (like the older rugged books) was much better!

This is my second Zagg iPad Rugged Book purchase. For reference, the first one was going strong; however that 6 year old iPad of mine; it had become more of a relic & doorstop.
My company got me a new IPad (different size of course), but I could not imagine me not having another Zagg. My new Zagg Rugged Book is even better. Super versatile; impenetrable protection; “forever” battery life … Kudos Zagg!

Overall I liked the design and fit of the keyboard. Had an issue with some keys working so ended up returning it. The extra shortcut keys at the top were a nice addition.

I was on hold and still didn't get through since they shipped this thing it hasn't worked correctly keys are not working it is ridiculous they keep trying to have me go through a process of troubleshooting u told them it does t work super ridiculous.
