Rugged book in the field

Our group of inspectors uses five of these with various tablets in a mining setting. We are purchasing a second round of the rugged books after the performance of a set used with 9.5 inch iPads. The rugged book keyboard stayed charged and is easily removed for tablet only use. Tablets were protected and when coupled with the glass screen protectors we never had any issues other than replacing the screen protector for doing its job.

Using For Work

I measure homes and write flooring quotes from my iPad and have recently switched to the Rugged Book from another brand’s Messenger style. I like that this doesn’t need anything flat to sit on in order to stand up and that I can disconnect the iPad so easily. Nice for working in the driver’s seat with constricted space due to the steering wheel. The keyboard is very responsive.

Like good leather, my previous

Like good leather, my previous rugged Book (2018) grew better with age. The silicone became slightly softer and even better to grip. Charging it nightly kept its battery at optimum; it never failed. I suspect my new Rugged Book will give the same service. An incredible product for protection and durability.

Health warning, physical injuries

While I like the way that the Rugged Book Apple iPad functions, I was upset when I read the sticker on my Rugged Book that warned me of physical injuries and read in the Package Insert of a health warning although it did not inform me of what kind of health warning. Am I endangering my life or health by using the Rugged Book? HELP! PS The Rugged Book sits on my lap like a laptop. Is this dangerous to me?

I love my new case so far. I had another one that had a fold out stand and it broke. Actually two of them. This case feels better and the key board is nicer also.
