Non-functioning keys

I loved the previous editions of the Rugged Book for my previous iPads but this version for my new iPad Air seems as though it was made by a different manufacturer. The materials are different and a number of keys do not work. Specifically the number “6” and the dash key. The number “5” key works intermittently. I will be returning the product.

Good Fit

This is my second rugged book case for an i-pad still have he first one this is a new one for a new i-pad this is a great product it offers great protection and lasts.
The design is a little different from the first one as this one has a place for your Apple pen I may have to get one ! The case fits very well and it looks good

Solid mechanically but delay coming out of sleep mode

My old Zagg Rugged Book (4? Years old) had a buffer, so when typing and coming out of sleep, it would remember the keys you typed.
For the new one, I open it and start typing and have to wait 3+ seconds before it displays the last key I pressed. Then I have to delete, and retype.
It’s a step backwards in performance.

Waste of money

Out of the box flaws
1. Letters didn’t respond on keyboard. Only numbers
2. Apple Pencil would not charge in docking station
3. Bluetooth pairing button would not respond
4. Zagg support doesn’t respond after two weeks of calling and emailing

Rugged is the best

I have looked at many iPad Air key boards and none does a better job at protecting your device then Zagg’s rugged book.
