Love this case/keyboard

I love this case for my iPad. Had the non rugged case with keyboard first and I kept breaking my screen protectors every time I’d close it and the keyboard would always fall off super easy if I didn’t have a table. This case is awesome though. Has raised edges to save my screen protector and I can pick the iPad up and move around by the key board because how it’s attached and yet it comes off easily if needed. And it’s just more robust for using the iPad on the go. Highly recommended

Good but Apparently Taking the Apple Approach

Please don't start to be like apple and provide less but yet charge more.
No simple charging cord anymore eh? It's such a cheap part... Why would you exclude it and yet put a holder in the box. Not only is the case more expensive than the last models but doesn't have a charge cord.
Stylus holder weakens the construction. If your going to include it in the construction, then include a cheap stylus to put in its place, otherwise, the shell is weak at the top.
This is coming from working with the original iPad Air cases, which were bullet proof and such a simple design, absolutely perfect.
Keyboard feels nice, and I'm extremely happy that you went back to the simple hinge design instead of the ridiculous flip style. Good idea going with type-C, to match the iPad!
I would give it a 4 with a charge cord and 5 if you include the stylus or design it without it.

I have owned Zagg products for many years and haven’t been disappointed and that includes the Rugged Book. It is a bit on the heavy side but feels like it will stand up to anything I put it through.

Almost perfect

I’ve had Zagg rugged book cases as long as I’ve had iPads. They work - the case will protect the ipad, if it’s dropped. They keyboards are just right for my (small) hands. The only complaint with this one is that the keys make a lot of noise when I’m typing. I take notes in meetings; the keyboard noise is a distraction for others in the meeting. The older version (for the 9.7 inch iPad Air) was quieter. That’s the only flaw in this otherwise wonderful keyboard/case.
