This One Fits Poorly

I have owned a Rugged Book since I bought my iPad Pro 9.7 a couple ago.
I had difficulty one day getting the keyboard to work, and I had set aside the instructions for setting it up.
I purchased another Rugged Book for my iPad Pro 9.7.
Unfortunately. This particular Rugged Book seems to be built a poorly. Once installed, the recharge port is not properly aligned, so plugging into it is a problem.
I plan to see if I can return it for an exchange to another ZAGG.

Great ‘Till It Breaks

This zagg keyboard makes typing on an IPad as easy as typing on an ergonomic desktop keyboard. Unfortunately mine keeps breaking after a few months use. Fortunately Zagg stands behind their merchandise by discounting or replacing.

Second one in eight years!

This is my second ZAGG case. The first lasted eight years! A great case for the iPad. Love the keyboard and the protective casing. I feel like I have a laptop rather than an iPad. Worth the money and the service was great.
