Fits well

It fits the IPad well. The key board is very easy to use and setup. The only thing I don’t care for is how stiff the hinge is. The IPad tries to pop out when I open the case, it is nice once it’s open since it stays put, but it seems a little stiff to me.

First Rugged Book would pair but half the keys did not work. Under Warranty the second Rugged Book would not pair. The people at The Support group were very good they suggested a Rugged Messenger. I received that unit and it work Great !

rugged, but overkill for most users

case is strong, but to a fault. Most users don't need this level of protection and it ends up being more annoying than helpful. Access points like charger flap and headphones port are inhibiting to use the ports. I'm more annoyed with the case than I should be.

This One Fits Poorly

I have owned a Rugged Book since I bought my iPad Pro 9.7 a couple ago.
I had difficulty one day getting the keyboard to work, and I had set aside the instructions for setting it up.
I purchased another Rugged Book for my iPad Pro 9.7.
Unfortunately. This particular Rugged Book seems to be built a poorly. Once installed, the recharge port is not properly aligned, so plugging into it is a problem.
I plan to see if I can return it for an exchange to another ZAGG.
